Blood Donation Guidelines:

1.Ensure a continuous sleep of at least 6 hours before donating.

2.No colds, injections, or medication use prior to donation.

3.Bring a photo ID that includes your national ID number.

4.Age: 17 to 65 years old.

5.Weight: Males must weigh over 50 kg; females over 45 kg.

6.Do not donate on an empty stomach.

7.Donation intervals: 2 months for 250cc, 3 months for 500cc.

8.Annual donation limits: 1000cc for females, 1500cc for males.
